I was a member of the MCAS Competition team for 7 years and a member of the class of 2017! Music City provided me with so many opportunities and a home with all my best friends. The times and memories at dance will last a lifetime and I am so thankful that I got to have MCAS as such a big part of my life. I love all the choreographers that I got to learn from and helped shape me into the dancer I am today. With all the competing and classes, I was challenged every day when I stepped in the door. It helped me feel accomplished and successful with each step. I am on the 10x National and 7x World Champion team, the University of Cincinnati Dance Team! I am looking forward to this next chapter in my life, Go Bearcats! ~ Hayley Diggs

Class of 2017

I had the opportunity to be a part of the Music City All Stars travel team from its start in 2008 until 2013. My time as a Music City All Star gave me countless opportunities to grow not only as a dancer, but as a person and a leader as well. The environment that Music City fosters is one of determination, hard work, and constant support. This team is truly more than a team; it is a family, and it has been an honor to watch it grow in success each year. I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee’s Chancellor’s Honors Program with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and started my career as an engineer for Schneider Electric. I am so thankful for the forever friends that I gained during my five years in this program and that Music City is always a place that I can come back to and call home. ~ Elissa Heckman

Music City All Stars was where I learned that there is no limit to what you can accomplish. It helped me grow into the hardworking woman that I am today. It a place filled with love that I will always call home. I am currently a junior at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I was a member of the University of Tennessee Dance Team my freshman year of college, during which we were titled the 2016 National Champions. Currently, I am a double major in Psychology and Language and World Business and spend my time conducting research for the university and being outdoors in the Smokey Mountains. Because of my experience dancing with Music City All Stars, my dreams are coming true! ~ Bailey Crittenden

Music City All Stars has been like a second home to me for seven years. Being a part of this program had such a big impact on my life and taught me so much. I know the relationships I have made through MCAS are relationships I will have throughout the rest of my life, and I am so thankful to have been a part of such an amazing program! I will be attending the University of Memphis in the fall, and am a member of the dance team. I definitely would not have achieved this goal without the help and support of all my teammates and coaches at MCAS, and plan to come back and visit as much as possible! ~ Riley Nedrow

Six years ago when I walked into my first MCAS tryout, I never could've imagined this program would have had such an incredible impact on every aspect of my life. Being a part of this team has given me the greatest support system of genuine people who are constantly lifting me up and helping me to grow in new ways. The relationships I've made through MCAS are truly ones that I have carried through the rest of my life, and I couldn't imagine where I would be without the people and experiences in this program that have made me who I am today. I will be going into my sophomore year at the University of Tennessee and am a member of the dance team! I am majoring in Kinesiology and enjoy math/science fields. I was a 5-year member of MCAS teams and love coming back to the studio and helping with the teams and classes throughout the year! ~ Jessica Kennedy

Class of 2016

I'm a graduating senior from the class of 2017! I've been a part of Music City All Stars for the past 6 years and in those 6 years, I've learned time management, the effects of hard work, and how to be a teammate. Music City has given me a second home that I can always come back to, and lifetime friendships. This program has overall made me a better and more well-rounded person and has taught me life skills and lessons that I can use in the future. This Fall I'm going to the University of Alabama as a nursing major! Even though I may not have dance in my future I'll always be thankful for my experiences as a MCAS dancer and will carry the memories with me forever. #pnknblk4evr ~ Cameryn Dargie

 Class of 2017

Throughout my time dancing, Music City was my home and I have so much love for this program.  Not only did they provide me with endless amazing opportunities, but I gained so much knowledge from them that helped me grow as a person and a dancer. There truly isn't anything better than spending your days dancing along side your teammates and best friends. I made so many close relationships that I still value deeply to this day. I have so much love for everyone at Music City and I love still being able to visit when I can. This place is like no other, and I'm so thankful to have been apart of something so great. Currently, I am a junior at O'More College of Design, and I am majoring in Fashion Design. During my time so far at O'More I am apart of OFA(O'More Fashion Association), SGA(Student Government Association), the Nashville Fashion Alliance, and also have served as a Peer Mentor for incoming students. This past year I had the honor of being chosen to collaborate with a couple of other Fashion Design students to create a collection that was featured in our annual Fashion Show. Throughout the year I've also loved being able to help out with some of the costumes at the studio as well and I hope to continue to be involved for as long as I can! I can honestly say that this place is amazing, and I would definitely not be where I am today without it! ~ Morgan Stengel

Music City All Stars means so much to me. It made me a better person and dancer. MCAS taught me what it means to be part of a team and what the power of teamwork can accomplish. MCAS has taught me many life lessons and has given me lifelong friendships. I'm so thankful I was a part of MCAS. It truly is unlike anything else.

I am currently a junior at Middle Tennessee State University, and I am on the MTSU dance team. I am majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. After graduation, I hope to have a career in the sports industry! I love MTSU and being on the dance team has been such a huge honor. This past year, my team competed at UDA College Nationals and it was one of the coolest experiences I have ever had. Seeing my Music City family and fellow alumni dancers at Nationals made it even better! I definitely would not be where I am today without Music City All Stars! ~ Abby Helper

Class of 2016

Hi, everyone! I'm Camryn Palmer, and I danced on the Music City All Stars Junior and Senior Travel Team from 2010-2014. I then continued my dance career on the University of Memphis Pom Squad. MCAS provided me with the skills, preparation, confidence and drive I needed to go out and make a college dance team. Music City is one of the only studios that will go above and beyond in the college dance team arena. My greatest accomplishments in dance would have to be receiving the USASF Dance Worlds College Scholarship my senior year of high school and also getting 2nd place in Division 1A Hip Hop at College Nationals my Sophomore year! I am headed into my Senior year at the University of Memphis and am studying Healthcare Leadership/ Management. I plan to graduate with a 4.0 and honors. My future plans are to always stay involved with MCAS while also hoping to work in the Healthcare field. Happy 10th Birthday MCAS! ~ Camryn Palmer
